Lifetime-Limited Warranty
Every Sentinel Fence comes with a Homeowners Lifetime-Limited Warranty that guarantees the fence against any defects in workmanship.
This warranty also promises that the powder coat finish on all of our products will not chip, peel, crack or flake and that the fence will never rust for as long as you own your home.
This warranty becomes invalid if the fence is improperly installed, abused, altered, misused, or damaged in transit, an accident, or act of God. This warranty is intended for the original owner of the product and can not be transferred for any reason. There is a 30 year limited lifetime warranty on Sentinel Fence products that are sold to a business, corporation, or partnership.
Sentinel Fence will repair and/or replace any parts that become defective at our discretion. These parts must be sent pre-paid shipping to Sentinel Fence in Lumberton, North Carolina for determination of defect. Any cost derived from the removal and re-installation of confirmed defective parts is the responsibility of the purchaser.
The warranty form and a copy of the receipt of sales must be returned to Sentinel Fence within 30 days of installation. The above constitutes the complete warranty by Sentinel Fence. Changes or modifications of this warranty by any person are strictly prohibited. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights from state to state.
